PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mange electric power information.

SOLUTION: An electric power information management system comprises electric power information management devices 110, 130 and 150 for managing information about electric power received by a user. Each of the electric power information management devices 110, 130 and 150 comprises: an electric power attribute evaluation unit for evaluating attributes of the electric power received by the user; and a cumulative attribute information storage unit for cumulatively storing evaluated attribute information of electric power each time the electric power attribute evaluation unit evaluates attributes of the electric power.
