<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device that can prevent steering lock beforehand during the vehicle is running. <P>SOLUTION: The steering lock device 1 includes: a rotating member 17 that is rotation operated by a key K; a lock member 22 that moves between the unlock position and the lock position of a steering shaft; and a slide member 24 that converts the rotating operation of the rotating member into the linear motion and moves the lock member. The steering lock device 1 further includes: a stopper member 25 that blocks the movement of the lock member from the unlock position to the lock position by moving toward a movement space 4 formed along the extension where the slide member moves; and a movement control member 26 that synchronizes with the rotating member and controls the movement of the stopper member, when the rotating member are rotated to the rotational position corresponding to the unlock position and the lock position respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
