<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flip-up eyeglasses that have clip-on eyeglasses easily and stably attachable to an eyeglasses body and also stably flipped up, and can easily and accurately restrict an angle of downward rotation of the clip-on eyeglasses. <P>SOLUTION: Clip-on eyeglasses 6 are attached to an eyeglasses body 5 through a holder member 7 in a detachable and flipped-up state. The holder member 7 is fitted to a second connection part 35 of the clip-on eyeglasses 6, and a first connection part 3 of the eyeglasses body 5 is fitted in a holding groove part that the holder member 7 has. In the fitting-in state, the first connection part 3 is stably held through magnetic attraction, and the holder member 7 is separable from the first connection part 3.
