<p>Provided is an electronic advertisement system capable of allowing an advertiser to post an advertisement upon an Internet terminal without bearing an economic risk by eliminating an obligation to pay an advertising fee if advertisement effectiveness commensurate with billing conditions has not been forthcoming. An advertiser-side computer for transmitting electronic advertisement data with billing tags for which billing conditions have been described, multiple member-side terminal computers, and an advertising agency-side supervising computer are connected via the Internet. Under control of the advertising agency-side supervising computer, the electronic advertisement data with billing tags which has been output from the advertiser-side computer is transmitted to each member-side terminal computer with the billing tags modified. The member-side terminal computer analyzes input data from an electronic apparatus in order to determine whether or not the modified billing conditions of the received electronic advertisement data have been achieved. The advertising agency-side supervising computer gathers the modified billing condition determination data from the member-side terminal computer in order to generate billing claim data for processing for the advertiser-side computer.</p> |
