摘要 <p>An economical, low-effort method and device for producing annular, rotationally symmetrical workpieces, rings or cores for dies of metal and/or ceramic powder or for pressing powder or massive forming of workpieces or components of metal with different qualities. A beam core or shaft-shaped element having at least one beam core is clamped into a rotatable clamping device and rotated. The beam core is made of temperature-resistant material and has at least one segment with an outer diameter corresponding to or smaller than the inner diameter of the workpieces. Metal and/or ceramic powder is fused onto the jacket surface of the beam core at a defined distance from the clamping fixture by a laser and applied in layers until a final wall thickness of the workpiece blank. After cooling, the beam core is partially or completely removed from the blank which is machined on inner and/or outer sides to final dimensions.</p>
