<p>A stocker facility (1) is provided with: a rack (21) in which glass plates (2) in a raised position are stored side by side in the front-rear direction; and a stocker (4) which moves the glass plates (2) left and right and delivers and receives the glass plates (2) to and from the rack (21). The stocker (4) has a base (5), a flipper (8), a slide member (16), and drive members (18). The flipper (8) is configured in such a manner that the flipper (8) is rotated by a flipper drive mechanism (10) about an axis (L1) relative to the base (5) to raise or lower the glass plates (2) which are placed on the flipper (8). The drive members (18) are rotatably provided to the slide member (16) and are configured so that the drive members (18) can, by the rotation thereof, forward the glass plates (2) into the rack (21). The configuration enables a plate-shaped member to be loaded, without inserting an end effector into a board storage section of the rack, between two separated plate-shaped members among plate-shaped members stored at small storage intervals and also enables any plate-shaped member among the plate-shaped members can be unloaded.</p> |
