<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device capable of improving measurement accuracy of X-ray phase contrast in an area distant from an optical axis in comparison with conventional X-ray imaging devices. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging device includes: a diffraction grating for forming an interference pattern by diffracting the X rays diverged from an X-ray source; a shielding grating for shielding part of the interference pattern; a detector for detecting the X rays having passed through the shielding grating; and an angle changing means. The angle changing means changes an angle made by the diffraction grating, shielding grating, detector, and optical axis. The detector detects X rays in accordance with change in the angle made by the diffraction grating, shielding grating, detector, and optical axis by the angle changing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
