<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production of a medicament for the treatment of ocular disorders such as: ischemic retinopathy, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, all forms of optic neuritis, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), in its dry forms (dry AMD) and wet forms (wet AMD), diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema (DME), proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), cystoid macular edema (CME), retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa (RP). <P>SOLUTION: The invention pertains the production of a medicament including an S1P receptor agonist such as 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol and (2R)-2-amino-4-[3-(4-cyclohexyloxybutyl)-benzo[b]thien-6-yl]-2-methylbutan-1-ol, in free form or in a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
