<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ZnO sintered compact for forming a transparent conductive film which is excellent in the uniformity of film characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The ZnO sintered compact is produced by the method including: a step for obtaining Zn<SB POS="POST">4</SB>B<SB POS="POST">6</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>powders by mixing ZnO powders with B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>powders, firing and pulverizing; and a step for obtaining the ZnO sintered compact by mixing the ZnO powders having an average particle diameter of 0.5-1 μm with the Zn<SB POS="POST">4</SB>B<SB POS="POST">6</SB>O<SB POS="POST">13</SB>powders having an average particle diameter of 0.2-0.5 μm, molding and firing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
