<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of minimizing offset of an output shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An input member and an output member, which are rotatable around a first axis, is supported by a casing connectable to a transmission at a first end. An interruption member is disposed between the input member and the output member.
