SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus (MFP) 1 that restricts execution of jobs when the number of simultaneously-executed jobs for each function reaches an upper limit value comprises: schedule creation means 163 that creates a schedule related to the upper limit value in response to an input operation; and upper limit value change means 164 that changes the upper limit value in accordance with the schedule.
