<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity removing device capable of suppressing unevenness in the amount of light. <P>SOLUTION: An electricity removing device 10 includes: a plurality of light sources 2 that are arranged on a straight line, and radiate light beams; and a light guide plate 5 for guiding the light beams radiated from the light sources 2 to a photoreceptor drum 101. The light guide plate 5 has an incidence surface 52 on which the light beams from the light sources 2 are made incident, and an exit surface 51 from which the incident light beams exit.
