<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing method in which members including such a member as an aluminum-based metal material having an oxide film stable at an ordinary temperature on the surface thereof can be jointed in the atmosphere without using a flux at low cost while securing superior strength, and to provide a variety of joining members applied with the jointing method. <P>SOLUTION: The jointing method includes: a step where materials 1, 1 to be jointed are heated while being relatively applied with pressure in a state that an insert member 2 is interposed between the superposed materials 1, 1 to be jointed to cause an eutectic reaction between the materials 1, 1 and the insert member 2; and a step where a fused material in the eutectic reaction is discharged together with the oxide film 1a of the material to be jointed from a joint surface to joint the materials 1, 1 to be jointed where a recess 1c is formed at the joint surface to discharge an emission D containing the fused material in the eutectic reaction together with the oxide film 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
