<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that has a rust-prevention performance but does not have harmful substances such as chrome and lead, and is not limited to a specific coating system. <P>SOLUTION: A humic acid is added to a coating. Then, on a cathode side in an alkaline atmosphere, the humic acid is dissolved to conduct pH buffering, thereby preventing a coated film from being peeled off; and on an anode side in an acidic atmosphere, the humic acid gets insoluble to form a film, thereby preventing iron from being eluted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
