<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane element in an immersion type membrane separator, allowing stacking transport by doing away with a protrusion in time of transport of the membrane element. <P>SOLUTION: The membrane units E are incorporated inside a body casing K constituting a membrane unit A such that the membrane units E are arranged in parallel at prescribed intervals to form flow passages. The membrane element E is configured to be divided by: a membrane element support frame 1 stretched with a filtration membrane 2, and formed with a water collecting hole 1h in a part of the exterior; and a water collecting nozzle 3 installed to the water collecting hole 1h. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
