PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an auxiliary mat for a vehicle and an auxiliary mat manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture two auxiliary mats, of which each upper surface forms multiple concave grooves, from one time of a foamed sheet by forming the concave grooves in order to accommodate foreign substances such as soil and dust. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an auxiliary mat for a vehicle and an auxiliary mat manufactured by the same comprises by mixing EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), polyethylene, and pigments. A mixed raw material is mixed at 110 deg. C for 12 minutes. A foaming agent and a cross linking agent are added and are mixed at 110 deg. C for 2 minutes. An EVA sheet is manufactured by applying a temperature of 80 deg. C and by passing through a roller. The EVA sheet is cooled and is ripened for 24 hours. A concave groove(31a) is formed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the foamed EVA sheet by being foamed. The foamed EVA sheet is horizontally cut and forms two EVA mats(31) foamed on each upper surface. Two foamed EVA mats are cut in a predetermined mat shape. |
