<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold for obtaining a desired lens shape with a single kind of plating liquid when forming a convex part of a mold which is a lens of a lens sheet, and a method for manufacturing the lens sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A plated conductive film 2 is formed on a plate-like base material 1, and a resist 5 having a groove-like, circular or polygonal opening 4 with a predetermined width is formed on the plated conductive film 2. By using plating liquid to which a first additive including at least sodium lauryl sulfate or formaldehyde, a second additive including aromatic sulfonate, and a third additive C including aromatic imide are added, and by supplying a predetermined electric current to the plated conductive film 2, a nearly-semicylindrical or nearly-hemisphere plated structure 6 is formed at a position corresponding to the opening 4 on the resist 5. Metal plating is performed on the resist 5 formed with the plated structure 6 to form a mold 9 having a nearly-semicylindrical or nearly-hemisphere concave part 8 to which a shape of the plated structure 6 is reversely transferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
