PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store individual information such as emergency contact information and chronic disease information while normally concealing the individual information from a third person, and to quickly make the individual information open to the third person in emergency.

SOLUTION: An individual information guide presentation body is provided at a position where a third person can easily visually recognize it, which is positively presented to the third person to be recognized with a predetermined pattern (intention indication to store and disclose the individual information in emergency), and to show the concealed and stored individual information to the public in emergency through information from the individual information guide presentation body presented with the predetermined pattern.
