<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration device in which a decompression chamber is hardly deformed during decompression though it is reduced in size and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The deaeration device 1 includes the decompression chamber 2 and a deaeration element 4 and has a pillar-like support part 3. The decompression chamber 2 has a liquid inlet port 11, a liquid outlet port 12, and a vacuum suction port 13. The deaeration element 4 is stored in the decompression chamber 2. The deaeration element 4 has a gas-permeable tube 45 through which liquid flowing in from the liquid inlet port 11 and flowing out of the liquid outlet port 12 passes. The pillar-like support part 3 is arranged so that the deformation of the decompression chamber 2 may be relieved when the inside of the decompression chamber 2 is decompressed by suction from the vacuum suction port 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
