The drive arrangement comprises a drive housing adapted to be mounted on a chassis of a mobile robot and includes a drive motor operatively connected to a drive shaft having a drive axis. The drive arrangement further comprises a linkage member rotatably mounted to the drive housing about a pivot axis, a first wheel carried by the drive shaft, a second wheel carried by the linkage member, and means for transmitting drive from the first wheel to the second wheel.
