<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an industrial robot having no tool for saving power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A robot control device 10 has a power detection part 23 for detecting power to be supplied to a servo motor which drives a manipulator 30, and a storage part 15 for storing the cumulative consumption of the power detected by the power detection part 23 for each step of a work program. A monitor display part 41 displays the cumulative power consumption stored in the storage part 15 for each step of the work program. The power consumption of the industrial robot is stored and displayed for each step of the work program, so that a step for sudden acceleration or sudden deceleration can be reviewed or standby time can be reduced.
