<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow additional words to be entered successively without interposing search results. <P>SOLUTION: On entering a search query in a search window of a smartphone or the like, candidates of a word are displayed on the basis of the word when starting to enter the beginning of the word and retrieval is executed when performing a first selection operation, however when a prescribed second selection operation is performed, a selected word is displayed in the search window without proceeding to the retrieval and successive entering of additional words can be accepted. Therefore, while there still exist words to be entered as additions, transition to a search result screen can be avoided by performing the second selection operation to allow the other additional words to be entered successively without interposing search results. Further, entering a query consisting of a plurality of words is enabled, while solving a problem of not being able to correctly convert a word on entering the whole or parts of the word because unknown words cannot be converted, as in a Japanese input method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
