<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container capable of stably fixing a card holder without enlarging the folding container in a folded state. <P>SOLUTION: In this folding container, a rib distal end protrusion 36T is formed by causing a distal end of a part of a lower horizontal rib 32B of a lower bending sidewall 32 to partially protrude forward, wherein the part faces a holder locking protrusion 35. Accordingly, the size of a part of a belt-like plate of a card holder between the lower horizontal rib 32B and the holder locking protrusion 35 is increased in a width direction of the belt-like plate. The card holder is thereby prevented from being tilted in the width direction of the belt-like plate, and the card holder is stably fixed. In addition, a rib distal end recess is formed by cutting a part of the distal end, at an upper horizontal rib of the upper bending sidewall 31, and the rib distal end protrusion 36T is received in the rib distal end recess when the bending sidewall is folded.
