<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time necessary for hoop winding by eliminating the loosened winding and combined winding of a fiber bundle when starting the hoop winding irrespective of whether or not a fiber layer is formed at a liner. <P>SOLUTION: When starting the hoop winding, a winding position WP of the fiber bundle F is moved to the liner 1 from a holding part 53 in a start position M of the hoop winding, and a winding start operation for starting the hoop winding of the fiber bundle F to the liner 1 is performed. When finishing the hoop winding, the winding position WP of the fiber bundle F is moved to the holding part 53 from the liner 1 in the finish position N of the hoop winding, the fiber bundle F is wound to the holding part 53, and a retreat operation for holding the fiber bundle F is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
