<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which guides a procedure of a maintenance work to enables a user to perform maintenance work without looking at an instruction manual. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 13 displays, on a center display panel 4, maintenance guide information for guiding the first maintenance work, in a maintenance guide operation for "grill removal". The maintenance guide information contains pairs of an explanatory drawing showing the structure of a portion subjected to maintenance and an explanatory sentence for explaining a work content. The pairs of an explanatory drawing and an explanatory sentence can be displayed with respect to each process in the order of work processes, by user's operation.
