An LED fluorescent lamp suitable for automatic assembling at a high speed comprises a PC cover (1), lamp head socket components (2), lamp head caps (3), a lamp beads circuit board (4), and a half gutter aluminum component (5). The lamp head socket components (2) comprise lamp head socket pins (6), lamp head socket weld legs (7), and lamp head socket bases (8). The lamp head socket pins (6) are connected with the lamp head socket weld legs (7). Both ends of the lamp beads circuit board (4) are assembled with the lamp head socket bases (8) of the lamp head socket components (2), and the lamp head socket weld legs (7) are fixed to the wiring points of the lamp beads circuit board (4). The lamp beads circuit board (4) assembled with the lamp head socket bases (8) is provided in the grooves of the half gutter aluminum component (5). The PC cover (1) provided with hooks is assembled with the half gutter aluminum component (5), and meanwhile the lamp beads circuit board (4) is press-fastened in the grooves of the half gutter aluminum component (5) by the press-fastening strips of the PC cover (1). The two lamp head caps (3) are plugged in the areas of the lamp head socket bases (8) from both sides of the lamp body, the lamp head socket pins (6) are protruded from the lamp head caps (3), and the assembling of the lamp head caps (3) and the lamp head socket bases (8) is realized. The automatic assembling of this LED fluorescent lamp can be performed at a high speed, the structure of this LED fluorescent lamp is simple and reliable, the yield of this LED fluorescent lamp is high, and the weight of the lamp body is reduced. |
