PURPOSE: A push alarm managing system and method thereof are provided to supply a push manager client for confirming a push alarm receiving state of applications, thereby easily managing a push alarm receiving and confirming state of the applications. CONSTITUTION: Service provider servers(101-103) are as servers which provide push data. The service provider servers transmit the push data to push object application(151-153) of the corresponding user terminal(150). A push manager client(155) manages information necessary for push alarm received from each push object application and connects a push alarm state with the push object application. When the push alarm is confirmed, the push manager client receives state information about the push alarm from the push object application.
