<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic emulsion in which a composition containing an uncoated silicone elastomer is stable for a fairly long period of time, as compared to a composition containing a coated silicone elastomer commonly used in cosmetic industry, the bulk color tone of the composition (skin color tone of the composition in a container) being substantially identical to a skin color tone (skin color tone of the composition when applied to skin). <P>SOLUTION: The composition is for cosmetics in the form of an emulsion containing the uncoated silicone elastomer, a solvent for the elastomer, a non-silicone treated pigment, and an emulsifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
