<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody decorative sheet which has high dimensional stability towards a change of water content not to generate peeling and crack of a surface layer and an intermediate layer due to deviation such as warp and distortion and pushing-up of a woody decorative sheet each other, and deficiency due to generation of a gap, is hard to generate a scratch and a hollow, and further is high in product value due to high design quality; and to provide a production method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The woody decorative sheet is produced by piling up the intermediate layer consisting of a woody substrate and at least one thin single sheet, and the surface layer consisting of other thin single plate, wherein the production method has a dimension stabilizing treatment step of applying a dimension stabilizing treatment to a woody material constituting the surface layer and the intermediate layer, a lamination step of piling up the woody substrate, the intermediate layer and the surface layer, and a cutting step of forming a cut part which is cut in the depth from the side of the surface layer to the intermediate layer and also not over the intermediate layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
