<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a mobile telephone for receiving an incoming call among a plurality of mobile telephones possessed by one person. <P>SOLUTION: Out-of-zone transfer relative to a first mobile telephone 1 is set in a control station 8. When a third mobile telephone 3 originates a call by dialing the telephone number of the first mobile telephone 1 and the call reaches the control station 8, a radio base station 10 in a location registration area in which the first mobile telephone 1 is present originates a broadcast call. If the first mobile telephone 1 does not respond thereto, a transfer device 9 extracts the telephone number of a second mobile telephone 2 from a transfer database 16 as a transfer destination, and replies to the control station 8. From the control station 8, when the telephone number of the second mobile telephone 2 reaches a control station 12 through a gateway exchange 15, a radio base station 13 in a location registration area in which the second mobile telephone 2 is present originates a broadcast call.
