<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent execution of an unnecessary photographing operation in a state that photographing is not performed. <P>SOLUTION: A display panel 62 has a touch panel 61 on its upper surface. An imaging element 41 of an imaging part 4 picks up an image. A gyro sensor 8 detects movement of an imaging device 1. In the case that the movement of the imaging device 1 is detected by the gyro sensor 8, a controller 2 forbids an imaging operation by the imaging part 4 to a touch operation performed on the touch panel 61.
