<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like therapeutic instrument 10 which can form an apical sheet 55 so that a distance 55t between a physiological apical foramen 541 and the apical sheet 55 may be a desired distance. <P>SOLUTION: The needle-like therapeutic instrument 10 is utilized by being connected to an electric root canal length measuring apparatus 20. The needle-like therapeutic instrument 10 is characterized by including a groove region 12 with a spiral groove formed to broaden a root canal 52, and a root canal foramen detecting part 14 that is mounted on the tip 12a of the groove region 12 and has a diameter shorter than the inner diameter of the physiological apical foramen 541, and by enabling the electric root canal length measuring apparatus 20 to detect that the root canal foramen detecting part 14 reaches the physiological apical foramen 541. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
