The present invention relates to a system for monitoring product quality in real time, and in particular to a system for monitoring product quality using an RFID tag and a QR code. To this end, the system for monitoring product quality according to the present invention includes: an RFID tag, attached to a first packaging container in which a product is packaged, for transmitting an identifier and waiting history information including a measured temperature and humidity; a QR code attached to the product or to a second packaging container in which the product is packaged, for storing the identifier and address (link) information of a product quality prediction server; a product circulation history database for storing the identifier and the waiting history information received from the RFID tag; a user terminal for imaging the QR code, accessing the product quality prediction server corresponding to the imaged QR code, and requesting a quality index of the product; and said product quality prediction server for calculating, from the waiting history information received from the product circulation history database according to a request from the user terminal, the quality index of the product and a point in time at which the product has a predetermined quality index.
