PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an auxiliary mat for a vehicle and an auxiliary mat manufactured by the same are provided to reduce molding costs by obtaining two pairs of auxiliary mats from an EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer) sheet obtained by one time foaming from one mold. CONSTITUTION: EVA and pigments are mixed. A mixed raw material is firstly mixed at 110 deg. C for 12 minutes. A foaming agent and a cross linking agent are added and are secondly mixed at 110 deg. C for 2 minutes. A temperature of 80 deg. C applies, and a roller passes through in order to manufacture an EVA sheet. The EVA sheet is cooled and is ripened. A first concave groove(312a) and a second concave groove are formed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the EVA sheet. A first EVA mat and a second EVA mat are formed. A first hole(311a) is formed on a first upper plate(311), and the first concave groove is formed on a first lower plate(312). A second hole is formed on a second upper plate, and a second concave groove is formed on a second lower plate. The first and the second upper plates and the first and the second lower plates are cut in a predetermined mat shape. |
