<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic board less in structural defects and a method for manufacturing the multilayer ceramic board. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer board 10 has a constitution in which first ceramic layers 12a-12d and second ceramic layers 14a-14c are alternately stacked. A first inner electrode 16, a second inner electrode 20, and a third inner electrode 22 are formed on the first ceramic layers 12b, 12c, and 12d, respectively. A third ceramic layer 18 is formed on the principal surface of the first inner electrode 16. The third ceramic layer 18 is formed so as to cover the principal surfaces and the ends of the second inner electrode 20 and the third inner electrode 22. The third ceramic layer 18 is formed so as to cover the whole surface of the first ceramic layer 12d in the layer where the third inner electrode 22 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
