<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method and a program capable of reducing the possibility that a position of a feathering region is deviated and of minimizing the feathering region. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device has an image acquisition section, a target detector, a recording section, a prediction position information calculation section, and an image processing section. The image acquisition section acquires a plurality of images time-sequentially. The target detector detects a target to which image processing is to be performed from the image acquired by the image acquisition section. The recording section records position information of the target detected by the target detector together with each time information. The prediction position information calculation section calculates prediction position information of the target in an image photographed after the plurality of images on the basis of a plurality of pieces of the position information and the time information recorded in the recording section. The image processing section performs the image processing to a part corresponding to the prediction position information, calculated by the prediction position information calculation section, of the image acquired after the plurality of images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
