<p>The ion-introducing device equipped with a bipolar probe head according to the present invention is, for example, equipped with a bipolar probe head in which a first and a second probe made of conductive metal material are assembled as one with an insulating ring placed there-between, and can form a (-) pole and a (+) pole or a (+) pole and a (-) pole within close range thereof due to a DC voltage, a DC pulse, an AC pulse or similar being selectively applied to the first and second probes, thus effectively improving ion-introducing performance for causing a whitening agent, a humectant, and cosmetic substances such as anti-aging substances to penetrate to the inner layers of skin, and has a slim shape such as that of a mascara or a lipstick thus is easily portable and is convenient for a user to use either on themselves or on someone else.</p> |
