A reinforced concrete slab 11, for use as permanent shuttering for a concrete ceiling, has three generally triangular-sectioned longitudinally standing lattice girders 12 partially embedded therein. The slab has three projections at each end, each housing one end of one of said girders. The slab is bevelled along each longitudinal edge to assist the bonding with adjacent slabs.
