A floor sign comprises: A. A mounting adhesive layer comprising a top facial surface and a bottom facial surface; B. A graphics layer comprising (1) dark and light areas, and (2) a top facial surface and a bottom facial surface, the bottom facial surface of the graphics layer in direct contact with the top facial surface of the mounting adhesive layer; D. A cover film layer comprising a top facial surface and a bottom facial surface, the bottom facial surface of the cover layer in direct contact with the top facial surface of the graphics layer; and E. An anti-slip layer comprising a top facial surface and a bottom facial surface, the bottom facial surface of the anti-slip layer in direct contact with the top facial surface of the cover layer, with the proviso that the anti-slip layer is coincident with the dark areas of the graphics layer.
