Management data of elements provided in a plurality of management target devices are received, a dependency relation of problematic data as data of devices with occurrence of the problem in the received management data is obtained according to definition information which defines a dependency relation between the elements, a dependency relation of non-problematic data as data of the devices with non-occurrence of the problem in the received management data is obtained according to the definition information, management data of a common element is obtained by comparing the problematic data with the non-problematic data, and a difference between the problematic data and the non-problematic data with respect to management data of elements dependent on the common element is extracted. |
