<p>The pulley has a rotary roller (13) mounted rotatably on a flange-plate for guiding a rope, and a trigger (15) pivoting between an inactive position and an active position to respectively release and clamp the rope against the roller. A control unit keeps the trigger in the inactive position for disabling action of an unlockable clamp of the pulley. The control unit comprises a lock (23) fixed onto the flange-plate and actuated from a locked position to an unlocked position to enable movement of the trigger to the inactive position.</p> |
