FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material classification and may be used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, etc. Screen comprises screening surface, drive, loader and unloader. Screening wavy surface has four broken perforated wavy surfaces and four broken wavy lines with pitch increasing over screening surface length from loading to unloading. It is mounted on the bed by frame with air cylinder. It is composed of sections composed of one equilateral trapezoid, two identical inequilateral trapezoids' and second equilateral trapezoid with height smaller than that of the first equilateral trapezoid. Lower bases of said trapezoids are equal and smaller than top bases of four trapezoids to form square sections on edges. Square of every next section is turned relative to square of previous section through 90 or 90 degrees. Every connected section has bottom base square sides equal to those of top section square of previous section. Note here that conical compression-contraction spring is mounted inside screening surface equipped with pitch varying device.EFFECT: expanded performances and higher efficiency.9 dwg |
