摘要 PURPOSE: A coagulant control system is provided to build an automation system for a quick determination of an optimal coagulant dosing to handle the rapid water changes of the sewage, to preemptively control the coagulant dosing by a real-time check of the changes of water quality and quantity, and to be capable of inputting an optimal coagulant by reflecting the results of the treatment after the input of the coagulant to correct the adjustment factor. CONSTITUTION: A coagulant control system(100) comprises a coagulant dosing rate calculation unit(110), at least one sensor(120), an adjustment factor calculation unit(130), a sewage inflow measuring unit(140), a coagulant dosing calculation unit(150) and a coagulant dosing control unit(160). The coagulant dosing rate calculation unit collects a sewage sample, inputs coagulant and calculates the coagulant dosing rate according to the amount of particulate contaminants in the sewage sample. The sensor measures a chemical characteristic parameter of the sewage including a total phosphorous(P) value. The adjustment factor calculation unit stores an adjustment factor table according to the target total phosphorous value wherein the adjustment factor table organizes the adjustment factors determined by the range of the total phosphorous value measured by the sensor. The coagulant dosing calculation unit calculates a coagulation dose by multiplying the amount of sewage inflow measured by the sewage inflow measuring unit by the result wherein the coagulant dosing rate calculated in the coagulant dosing calculation unit is multiplied by the adjustment factor calculated in the adjustment factor calculation unit. The coagulant dosing adjustment unit controls the coagulant dose by controlling a coagulant dosing pump according to the calculated coagulant dose.
