PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayered film not causing ply separation at the time of mounting in the case that the film is used as the heat shrinkable label of a container and excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance, cutting properties of perforation and appearance, and the heat shrinkable label using the heat-shrinkable multilayered film as a base film. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable multilayered film is obtained by laminating front and rear layers 2 and 2 comprising a polyester resin having a sulfone group and an intermediate layer 1 comprising a polyester resin through an adhesive comprising a modified styrenic elastomer and/or a modified polyester elastomer.
