PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to compare priority order between a facility to which a user pays attention and a retrieved facility. SOLUTION: The retrieval support device retrieves a facility satisfying a reference retrieval condition from a plurality of facilities associated with evaluation, acquires at least one of the retrieved facilities as a reference facility, retrieves a specific facility satisfying a specific retrieval condition from the plurality of facilities, acquires evaluation of the reference facility and evaluation of the specific facility, and displays information indicating comparison between the evaluation of the reference facility and the evaluation of the specific facility on a display part.
