Assembly of a piezo actuator in the casing of a piezo actuator module

The module (1) has a piezoelectric actuator (2), a casing (10) surrounding the piezoelectric actuator, and an insulation mass arranged between the actuator and the casing. The insulation mass is formed from a separately manufactured, plastically and/or elastically deformable form unit (11). The form unit is inserted between the actuator and the casing and extends over the length of the actuator in a given area, where the form unit is manufactured from a heat-conducting material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a piezoelectric actuator module.
