<p>A suspension device for solving problems that occur in a conventional damper and a rubber member is provided. A suspension device 101 is equipped with, for example, a damper 50 including a piston portion 51, a suspension spring 60, an upper seat 70, and a spring 1. The spring 1 is arranged between an upper end portion of the piston portion 51 and a lower surface of the upper seat 70 and is an elastic member for receiving a load from the damper 50. The spring 1 has load characteristics in which hysteresis does not occur, whereby a dynamic spring constant can be small. Therefore, transmission of vibrations in a high-frequency range and an infinitesimal amplitude range is decreased. On the other hand, the spring 1 has a main body 10 that functions as a disc spring portion. Therefore, the spring constant in a direction perpendicular to an axis line of the damper 50 is large, whereby stiffness in the direction perpendicular to the axis line is increased. As a result, ride quality is improved, and stable handling is obtained.</p> |
