PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier laminate in which adhesion between a polyethylene terephthalate film and an inorganic oxide layer is strengthened, and occurrence of delamination is prevented even when the laminate is tested in a high-temperature high-humidity environment.
SOLUTION: In the gas-barrier laminate, the inorganic oxide layer 3 is piled up on at least one side of the polyethylene terephthalate film 1. Reactive ion etching (RIE) treatment 2 using plasma is applied on the surface on which at least the inorganic oxide layer 3 is formed of the polyethylene terephthalate film. When the treated surface is measured (measurement conditions: pipe edge: diameter 2 mm and frame weight 14 g) by a rigid body pendulum type physical property tester, a logarithmic damping factor at 50°C measurement temperature is 0.04 or more and 0.06 or less.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
