PURPOSE: A device for cold start of fuel cell is provided to improve cold start performance while minimizing the number of parts by optimally using existing parts of a fuel cell system. CONSTITUTION: A device for cold start of fuel cell comprises: a temperature sensor(11) for detecting cold starting condition of a fuel cell; a hydrogen exhaust line(24) installing an air supply line(32) from an anode exit of a fuel cell stack(10); a controller for supplying a fuel cell stack by generating a mixer of air and hydrogen when judging that fuel cell is in a cold start state based on a detected value of the temperature sensor and starting key signals; and a purge valve which is opened and closed according to control signals of the controller in order to supply hydrogen discharged from an anode of a fuel cell stack for generating the mixer.
