PURPOSE: A vehicle communication method and a system thereof are provided to classify a CW(Contention Window) range and an AIFS(Arbitration Inter-Frame Space) value according to an AC(Access Category). CONSTITUTION: An AC is determined according to a type of a traffic to be transmitted(S100). An AIFS and a CW are set up according to the set AC(S110). If there is initial collision(S130), an AMCW(Adaptive Minimum CW) is performed(S140). The minimum CW of a channel is calculated by average collision efficiency and CW weight value.
